FOUR MORE JURORS

   IN HILLSTROM CASE

Seven Men Have Now Been Sworn to

       Try Murder Action; Five Yet

                         Needed.

            Four new jurors, making seven in all, were obtained in the district court yesterday to try Joseph Hillstrom, accused of the murder of J. G. Morrison. 

            The jurors sworn in late yesterday are T. J. Owens, H. C. McDonough, Robert McDowell and Thomas Flowers.  Those obtained previously are Joseph Kimball, John Garbett and Ernest K. Alder.

            Court continued in session until 6 o’clock in order to facilitate the examination of jurymen.  An all day session will be held today and it is expected that the jury will be completed in time to allow the trial to proceed next Monday.
